La Petite Auberge is an institution in the region. Marie and Olivier Carissan have turned it into a restaurant dedicated to discovery and sharing, highlighting the local producers with whom they work directly. So, of course, they know how to talk about it. Market, blind or ephemeral menus: the dishes are always refined, like this red tuna from Brittany served with a lobster head broth, peas and a buckwheat elixir. Tant au niveau visuel que gustatif sans oublier l'accueil chaleureux de Marie-josé... Tout était réuni pour passer un moment de pur plaisir !!
