At the helm of this superb table, Les Deux A is home to chefs Alban Gardien and Alexis Lionnais, who worked their way up through the ranks of Michelin-starred establishments before opening their own restaurant. Mises en bouche and creative mignardises mark the beginning and end of a delightful gustatory journey punctuated by round or racy wines. In between, we discover surprising but highly successful pairings, such as the Duroc pork chop, salsify, pear and miso jus, or the clementine, chestnut and yuzu pavlova. Service is meticulous. To round off your meal, take a tour of the cellar and leave with a wine tasted at the table or a carefully selected liqueur. An address to be discovered as a matter of urgency!
