In this village of 5,000 inhabitants, stop at the Table du Six to taste Claude Morin's creative cuisine. The inhabitants of Bruz have made it their canteen and lovers of good food do not hesitate to venture into this small corner of the countryside. The terrace is stormed on sunny days and we can understand why. Here, the cuisine combines fresh produce with market cuisine that can be described as semi-gastronomic. It evolves with the rhythm of the seasons and even if the menu is short, proof of the will to work with fresh products and to surprise, there is always a subtlety behind this candied lamb of seven hours divinely accompanied by a spelt semolina with small vegetables, or this yellow place perfumed with a calamansi vinaigrette. The chief creates divine agreements! The room combines the charm of old stones with a very cosy contemporary decoration. Despite the crowds, the soundproofing is controlled and offers appreciable comfort for customers. Groups can enjoy the private room on the first floor. Every Friday and Saturday evening, "food and wine pairing" evenings are organised. A word of advice: book because the restaurant is very often full despite the great capacity of reception.
