Paula Martinet, Clément Legrand and Quentin Mahon run this lovely bistro. In fact, it's a success story and a little culinary paradise that takes care of its bistronomic dishes. Everything is fresh and beautifully cooked, like the retour de pêche, buckwheat butter, andouille sausage, parsnip purée and glazed vegetables, or the crépinette de cochon with comté mashed potatoes, mushroom jus and crispy pig's trotters. This address reflects the image of the crocus flower and what it symbolizes: it brings joy and happiness!
