North of Vitré, between Saint-M 'Hervé and Montautour. Montautour is the culmination of Ille-et-Vilaine, 193 meters away which indicates the unhilly nature of the department. From the top of this butte, we discover the whole Breton tree. Pierre de Calan, the owner of the place, started in 1982 in the restoration of this beautiful manor mansion that would once have been attached to another castle. Once a fief of Louis de Monthubert, then it went to the hands of the Baudouard family of the Porte, then the Rallier family, Lord of the Ourmes by alliance, until falling into ruins and atterrious in the hands of Pierre de Calan, who then spent 15 years restoring it.
