Green thumb for this new sport made in Ille-et-Vilaine with a simple concept: following the principle of volleyball, one against one, it has the particularity of prohibiting smash and impact, the ball having to be cushioned and thrown back with one hand without its run being stopped, giving the movement the shape of a wave. The parts give rise to a strange ballet that combines softness and technicality without requiring force, thus avoiding physical trauma. Created in 2018 by two Rennais who played volleyball while one of them suffered in the forearms, waveball is now open to everyone, and as the competitions have not yet started, you have your place in the world ranking!
