AUBERGE DU PONT D'ACIGNÉ
Gastronomic and inventive cuisine by chef Sylvain Guillemot in a restaurant on the banks of the Vilaine.
In this characterful granite house, you come to discover a cuisine of the moment, of instinct, creative and subtle. A peaceful setting, perched on the banks of the Vilaine. Michelin-starred chef Sylvain Guillemot draws his inspiration from the seasonality of raw, authentic local and coastal produce. Here, the producer has pride of place... right down to the menu: turbot plantin from Louis, matured beef from Thierry, crackling corn, Johvanna strawberries and tarragon from the garden... The sommelier, Isabelle, offers her expert advice. Each table has its own work of art. Everything is in harmony, right down to the winks in the clothing.

Merci pour l'accueil.
Merci cependant de favoriser les produits locaux.
A ce tarif là (et moins), je préfère la Table des Pères.
MERCI pour tout. Nous reviendrons, c'est certain.
