The cuisine here is bistronomic, with an emphasis on local produce and flavors from elsewhere. The menu is deliberately small, to ensure freshness, and you'll enjoy discovering the menu as it evolves with the seasons. The spicy beef with satay, peanuts bobun style and linguine with turmeric, armoricaine, parmesan and peach return makes you salivate. The plates are beautifully laid out and the wine advice is a delight. The big surprise? The patio at the back of the restaurant overlooking the rear of the château, a haven of tranquillity.
