Barbakoa celebrates exceptional matured meats sublimated on the Japanese barbecue, the kamado, all year round. Chef Stanislas Le Mené's establishment already has its aficionados. The cuisine is well mastered. There are also good burgers made with quality produce. The rest of the menu is creative and multi-influenced: for example, the carré de cochon noir de Bigorre, roasted potatoes, guanciale, wild mushrooms and chimichurri. The atmosphere is relaxed, and you'll enjoy lounging on the terrace. A great address!
