MERLIN'S TOMB
A tomb which presents an alley of about ten meters long composed of eight blocks of red schist dating from the Neolithic.
Merlin's tomb is a megalith located in the forest of Paimpont. Originally, there was an alley of about ten meters long composed of eight blocks of red schist dating from the Neolithic. In the 19th century, gold diggers made it disappear except for two slabs. According to legend, Merlin, King Arthur's advisor and master of the forest of Broceliande, often comes to rest under these two blocks of stone. Between them, an old holly tree collects the wishes of visitors in the form of messages. There are storytelling guides, ask about them.
