Located 20 minutes from Fougères, the Passillé estate covers 4 hectares of vegetation and undergrowth, surrounded by the Landemarais peat bog and a greenway. At the entrance of the domain, the castle built in 1880 has several outbuildings that have been transformed into gîtes. In the summertime, the estate is filled with the sweet scent of the lime trees. Logements charmants dans un cadre verdoyant, un dépaysement total, petit déjeuner excellent et l'activité brassage de bière est vraiment passionnante.

Un grand merci pour l'accueil !! Nous avons passé un super moment. Hâte de goûter les bières que nous avons concoté ! L'atelier était vraiment top, très instructif et plein d'humour ! A très bientôt je recommande à 100% cette expérience à tous les amateurs de bonne bière ( et non amateurs aussi !!)

Le séjour chez Florian est une super expérience que je recommande vivement à toute personne désireuse de découvrir un coin très sympa de la Bretagne tout en s'initiant au brassage de bière artisanale de qualité. Florian est un hôte très accueillant, drôle et super professionnel. Vous aurez le loisir de confectionner la bière de votre choix et on apprend beaucoup de choses à ses côtés. Il nous guide de manière optimale ! Expérience inoubliable (réalisée 2 fois et très content à chaque fois), n'hésitez pas !

Superbe expérience !
Nous sommes venus à 12 pour y passer la nuit.
Le domaine est magnifique. L'hôte est très accueillant et nous a même fait une visite de sa brasserie le dimanche matin.
Les lits sont très confortables.
Les gîtes sont entièrement équipés !
C'est une adresse que nous gardons précieusement pour nos prochaines visites à Fougères !
