LE TEMPS QU'IL FAUT
Café-library-pizzeria offering a menu of local products and pizza in the evening.
Le Temps qu'il faut is at the same time a second-hand coffee shop, a pizzeria, five guest rooms and a living space animated by various workshops (knitting aperitifs, writing workshop, scrapbooking, game night "Loups Garous"). It is a place full of proposals imagined by Sonia and Ali. The place is warm and welcoming. Every lunchtime, a new menu is proposed using local products (Janzé chicken, Essé duck, Gévezé cheese dairy, Guignen eggs, Domagné tomatoes, Amanlis cider, Drao beer from Melesse, Dame Cerise jam...). In the evening, it's time for pizzas. It is worth recalling that Ali Ghani has distinguished himself on several occasions: in 2016 with the title of French Pizza Champion and in 2017 as World Vice Champion. Special mention to the C du Coin, which we tasted with its bacon-cut smoked breast and its Moltais cheese. Then improvise a walk in the park of the Château des Pères.
