With a rather sober front, we could pass in front of this bar-brewery without stopping there. However, not sitting at the Central is missing the heart of life gives back, an institution where you meet all the profiles. Executives, local figures, artists meet for lunch or aperitifs in a unique atmosphere. What a welcome, what a kindness! At the bar, Stéphane Clot, the man-orchestra, endowed with great generosity, brought back from his native Paris a warm and funny titian guile. At lunchtime, Delphine, his wife, works wonders to ensure that the quality of the dishes is of the highest standard. She will offer you her dish of the day, always delicious and hearty, whether it is a salmon puff pastry or a duck leg with port sauce. Snacks such as croque-monsieur or a hot dog "à la parisienne" will also be available. Redon's best kept secret, an inimitable spirit.
