Fitness is approached in a non-performance-oriented way, like yog-fit. You'll discover a program of workshops, each more attractive than the last: pilates, floor barre dance, ashtanga yoga (quite dynamic) or aerial yoga with your kids, more cardio activities (zumba, cross training, boxing training, piloxing...). We've even got mums-to-be in mind. Discover pre-natal yoga and learn movements adapted to pregnancy. The room is enveloping and cosy, and classes are held in small groups.
