La droguerie Lemercier is one of the last traditional drugstores. Established in 1936, the family business is still run by mother and son. Its sign with its period lettering doesn't go unnoticed. A specialized service, expertise in home care, DIY and cleaning products... you'll find everything you need to accomplish your household chores, or find the stain-removing soap to save your sofa! Various waxes, polishes, steel wool, emery paper, electrical materials, glues, joints... In short, everything to provide a solution to your household problems. With the charm and friendliness of a local shop, its old wooden counter and the advice of a home-made druggist-fairy. Smokers and odour fanatics will find Armenian paper, scented candles and soaps (Aleppo and organic soaps) and traditional eau de Cologne. The store attracts a much wider clientele than that of the Saint-Hélier district, as you won't find service of this quality, or such an impressive variety of products, in DIY superstores! One store survived the Second World War!
