Here's one of those little boutiques filled with talent and delicacy. Here, Jean-Michel (whom many know from his visits to the Lices market) and his team compose pretty country-style bouquets of fresh flowers - some of which come from the owner's own production! -80% of the flowers are local, and the store is a member of the Collectif de la fleur française. You can even pick up a jar of honey made with Jean-Michel's flowers. The creations are sublime and often less expensive than many other florists. As a result, it's not unusual to walk past with a small bouquet, a wreath of flowers and a smile on your face. The welcome is charming and the spirit of Saint-Germain-des-Prés pervades the square.
