In recent years, the Maison du Vélo has been able to broaden its offer by keeping up with changing attitudes and practices. In addition to the promotion of its well-known Vélo Star service, the promotion of alternative transportation itself is now at the heart of its discourse. Advice, prevention, training on the use of bicycles, diagnostics for repairs, etc., in collaboration with the many Rennes-based players in the field of two-wheeled vehicles (La Petite Rennes, Roazhon Mobility, etc.), a whole program has been co-constructed to enhance the value of a means of transport which, thanks to the many investments made by the city, is destined to become much more than an alternative.
