Establishment offering a variety of Anglo-Saxon cuisine in buffet form and roasts
Do you know the Delicatessen, or deli? These establishments, sometimes found in department stores, offer a varied and balanced cuisine in the form of buffets. At Mixe, we find this very Anglo-Saxon spirit! Each week, the team offers us three starters and five hot dishes at the buffet, as well as two desserts. Then, we have two options: we can compose our plate on the spot by freely mixing the buffet proposals. It's ideal for those who are undecided or have a bit of everything! To go, we fill our container according to our appetite, and we pay by weight. The recipes always have an ingredient or seasoning that is out of the ordinary, like the roasted zucchini with salted granola chips, or the pea, parmesan and mascarpone risotto. During the week, it's a hangout for local workers. On Saturdays, families and locals take over to feast on Janzé chickens fresh from the rotisserie. To be enjoyed with home-made chips, of course!
