Located in the Old Rennes, the Saint-Georges creperie pays tribute to many famous Georges, displaying subtle alliances of flavors to great names of cinema and music. We taste the excellence of Rennes' pancakes, recipes that can also be found in... Reunion Island, for exiled Bretons or travelers. In Rennes, the 33 galettes are all more gourmet than the others, like the Georges Pernoud with crab meat, artichoke, fennel and candied lemon, or the George Sand with organic smoked salmon, potatoes and beet ice cream.
