Creperie-tartinerie-saladerie offering organic and local products near the TNB.
This warm walk, tartinerie and salad bar have many advantages and deserve a detour. Located just a few minutes from TNB, it is perfect for a pleasant meal before a show. Beautifully decorated, it combines red, wood and plant creation with taste. Small but well-arranged, the reception is perfect and the many proposals: patties are simple but cleverly composed. The Salmonière is particularly appreciated with homemade smoked salmon, leeks and cream, or the Queen of Des composed of goat, apple, honey, nuts and cream. This is all the more good because organic and local products are legion: raw organic cider at pressure Le P'tit Paeans, flour Mill de Roncin 100% black Breton wheat, Bio Abbaye Abbey. Smart has also cracked for recipes: Vendéen with Serrano ham, goat, tomatoes, produced herbs and cream was well-founded and tasty. The choice is whether you prefer a pick-up of potatoes or fresh pasta. A nice little address that knows how to do good on your stock exchange while spending a good time!

J ai demande le café en même temps que la crêpe, mais il arrivera 10 mn après ( le temps de encaisser les autres clients). Cadre sympathique et bonne crêpe.
