The menu of crêpes and galettes explores local and international flavors in the fillings, with Breton savoir-faire for the crisp, fluffy pastry. Braised bacon and camembert, dry Savoy ham and reblochon, scallops and leek fondue create delicious combinations (vegetarian recipes also available). Formerly the crêperie Les Bêtises, the Crêperie du Thabor welcomes you every day from 12pm to 3pm, then from 7pm to 10pm, and from 12pm to 10:30pm without interruption on weekends! Our restaurant is located in the historic center of Rennes, a stone's throw from Le Thabor, Place Hoche and Place Ste Anne. A lovely terrace awaits you in the heart of a cobbled, pedestrianized 17th-century street, with a breathtaking view of the two churches, Ste Anne and St Melaine. In an atmosphere that blends modernity and tradition, you'll discover a wide choice of galettes and crêpes made with quality, local products, including several vegetarian and gluten-free options.
