Upscale address with the promise of a different kind of crepe, where cider is one of the centerpieces of the meal
Ideally located in Les Lices, a stone's throw from the cathedral and the Saturday morning market, Breizh Café offers the promise of a new way to enjoy crêpes. Bertrand Larché is no stranger to the region, having restored the crepe to its former glory and popularized it in Japan. The choice of products is elementary: beurre bordier and organic flour from the Quincampois mill. Cider is one of the centerpieces of the meal. Whether in the tasting experience (maki rolls) or the recipes (onion confit with cider, shiitake, wasabi vinaigrette), you'll find the Japanese influences to which the owner is so attached. A fine upscale address.
