LA PARENTHÈSE
Address offering a menu of pancakes, crepes and house specialties.
Parenthèse opened in 2009 with a stunning view on TNB's digital screen. Ideally located for a meal after a theatre or theatre session, the hotel has its reference card in the world of acrobats and 7 th art, with its farcical patties, Schemer, or pancakes like the Reel. The location is pleasant, sober, with grey walls or very trendy Bordeaux walls, wooden furniture and a very beautiful period wooden parquet. Trend is also what characterizes homemade specialities, often accompanied by ice, such as this delicious Vaudeville that is recommended without reservation: caramelized apples, andouilles, and sherbet to buckwheat. The pancakes are light, often served with a delicious whipped cream. A discreet and smiling service, a relaxing framework and without nunuche folklore, everything helps us to say that this digression is wonderful.
