Popular restaurant offering typical West African dishes.
In French-speaking Africa, a maquis is a type of popular restaurant which also has the function of being a place of gathering, exchange and meeting. It is on this principle that Roland, Chris and Anta welcome us to concoct typical West African dishes such as maffé or yassa. We appreciate the quick service, the generous portions and the possibility to compose our own dish from the ingredients offered. This list of ingredients is limited, but the possibilities are multiple and the result is tasty and pleasantly exotic. The dessert changes every day, prepared in collaboration with a pastry shop or home-made according to the mood of the chef Anta.
