SAMBAWA
A bright restaurant with a terrace just a stone's throw from the Parc de Maurepas, offering generous, fragrant cuisine. A great address!
Just a stone's throw from the Parc de Maurepas, this bright restaurant transports us to the sunshine and flavors of Africa. Dado N'Diaye's cuisine is generous and fragrant: we started with sardine accras to share, before sampling the traditional yassa chicken served with white rice and a sauce made with onions, mustard, lemon and olives. On the sweet side, a special mention goes to the brioche perdue with coconut milk and caramel, moist and delicious! And let's not forget the homemade Bissap (hibiscus flower infusion). The atmosphere is intimate, with of course nods to Africa, such as the colorful wax cloth tablecloths. When the weather's nice, you can enjoy the terrace!
