LA MARMITE DU SACA-SACA
An original and tasty saca-saca speciality in the rue Saint-Georges.
Quietly located in this lane perpendicular to St. George's Street, the small room has no more than 25 seats. The garden is colourful and tasteful, the relaxing atmosphere as well as the music of the country, Congo-Brazzaville. When you ask Jeanne what the salad of beautiful Mariémi boulettes is, she leaves in a laugh. The decor is planted. The specialty of this address: the "saca-saca", crushed cassava leaves in the pilon, mixed with some vegetables and crumbs of sardines, chilean or tilapia. Original and really tasty. Next, there are about ten washers of fries (alloco) and nature rice. In dessert, the hot mango compote makes it all. An ambience and a covered trip. For casual and above all for real African food.
