France's first poutinerie opened in Rennes, after two brothers fell in love with this local specialty while traveling in Quebec! Poutine is a dish of French fries topped with cheese curds and drizzled with brown gravy. In addition to the classic, you'll find veggie and meat poutines, like the Frontenac with frankfurter, as well as burgers. Everything is prepared with local or North American products, and all cheese curds and sauces are homemade. Montreal has La Banquise, Rennes has Poutinebros!
