In the heart of one of the liveliest streets in Rennes, Why Not Coffee invites you to a 100% pancake lunch break! The menu is seasonal. It proposes recipes with names that give a smile like the "Même pas chiche" or the "Veni Veddi Veggie"! The plates, greedy and colored, are composed of soft and airy pancakes decorated with toppings (home-made vegetable pickles, herbs...). On the sweet side, "Que du love" calls for greed. An address which is out of the ordinary and which proposes, since 2022, vegan recipes.

Cheese cake au citron somptueux et sans gélatine, ni agar agar d'ailleurs. Sucré sans étouffer le sel du fromage, très réussi! Latte macchiato très réussi lui aussi. Ca devient rare. Petit endroit cozy, personnel sympa et à l'écoute. Je reviendrai!

Super endroit pour une pause gourmande ! Spécialités de pancakes sucrés et salés : une tuerie ! Pancakes moelleux, généreux et originaux.
Formule brunch pour 21€ avec une belle assiette salée (pancakes végé ou non, cake, beans, oeufs), un trio de dessert (fromage blanc, salade de fruits, cookie) et une boisson.
