Restaurant offering an original selection of pan-Asian dishes, including ramen and other dishes, in the revitalized station square.
In a revitalized station square, Miss Bao offers an original selection of pan-Asian dishes, i.e. dishes inspired by the whole of Asia. The Vietnamese-born chef was trained by Japanese chefs. Soft, homemade gyozas rub shoulders with comforting ramen, California rolls and baos, small steamed buns filled with chicken, beef or vegetables. Fans of smoky flavors can opt for meat or salmon grilled on a small Japanese barbecue placed right on the table. Large bay windows let the light in, highlighting the contemporary decor with subtle Asian touches by Riccardo Giraudi. We appreciate the continuous opening, so you can enjoy your meal at any time, before or after a train, for example!
