Establishment in front of Les Halles offering home-made dishes and classic Asian cuisine.
Lucky Bamboo deserves its location opposite Les Halles because you can eat good food there. In a pleasant interior coloured in green and dark grey, the shop window is mouthwatering. We fell for spring rolls with chicken as an appetizer, delicious sizzling shrimps and steam-cooked pork, then for a caramelised pork accompanied with fried rice, but there are about ten dishes at choice: sautéed beef, chicken with ginger, pork with spices... Dish side, fried or plain rice, or several varieties of noodles. And for starter, a fine assortment of spring rolls, sizzling crabs or shrimps, pastries and other acras. All is very fresh and elegantly presented. A small meat tray and a similar amount of rice or pasta should satisfy the appetite of lonely diners. And above all, do not leave without a spring roll: the best of the city!
