You have opportunities to taste the so-called bò bún salad with great pleasure: the ultra-crunching crudités, the tepid rice vermicelli, the crusty and tasty beef nems, the roasted and crushed peanuts, a little refreshing mint and a sauce nuoc-mam learnedly proportioned. very delicious. Every Tuesday take the chance to taste the soups of noodles supplemented with a roast chicken or Peking duck. Among the tempting dishes to be discovered: the teriyaki skewers, the spiced beef, the pork with caramel, the chicken with the lemon grass or spring rolls. It should be noted that the caterer is located in the number 9 of the street if the interior lacks of seats. The restaurant is not quite large, so booking is highly advised. Located at rue Vasselot, setting is very friendly so you can sit on the clear wooden counter or the small tables which mark out the black wall. Another positive point: open-plan kitchen and pleasant staff. Undoubtedly a fine restaurant!
