Japanese street-food in the Breton style! In the heart of Rennes, in a long wooded room, you can enjoy the local colours of the gourmet ramens at the counter or on the terrace. This dish, emblematic of Japanese culture, is composed of fresh noodles and simmered broth and comes in several flavours: chachu (slices of Breton pork raised on flax), soy, sajitamago (soft-boiled egg marinated in soy sauce)... To accompany our ramen abura soba (soy sauce, sesame oil, leeks, spinach, chopped chicken with spices...), we couldn't resist the crispy chicken gyozas from Janzé. We can even choose the thickness and cooking of the noodles!
