Restaurant offering rice-based desserts and donburi with fresh vegetables.
This contemporary and intimate restaurant, a stone's throw from chef Julien Lemarié's gastronomic address, was imagined as a Japanese wine bar. At lunchtime, you can enjoy donburi (scallops, pollack, braised pork belly...) cooked with fresh vegetables, followed by a yuzu cheesecake or an apple, tonka and lemon dessert. In the evening, the menu includes okonomiyaki, miso burned leeks served with nori seaweed, and various dishes to share, in the manner of Japanese izakaya. The desserts (often based on rice) are not lacking in pep either! We recommend a trip to the sake bar to complete the experience of this fusion cuisine.
