Thai cuisine full of originality in a restaurant in Rennes
In Thailand, Yaks are nature spirits that have adorned the entrance to temples since the 14th century. As you can see, tradition is not far away and is anchored in the careful and original cuisine of this very beautiful address whose multiple atmospheres will make you taste a very pleasant serenity. We love it for its magical atmosphere, like a comfortable, luminous and exotic setting. The chef Vincent Prom proposes us to taste a sweetbread with sake, a beef tataki, a Bao black Salmon Burger and its Chinese brioche or Bo Bùn and bentos for lunch. Traditional Thai and Japanese recipes, with a hint of French influence and each time a zest of invention and delicacy that teases the palate. The presentation of the dishes is always meticulous, and the covered terrace on the first floor is very pleasant.

Overall, un peu déçu en attendant 1h45 pour un entrée (4 ravioles) et un plat.

Bien assise sur les banquettes avec les coussins

Rapport qualité prix très intéressant c’est assez copieux nous avons partagé toutes nos assiettes à 4
Ça serait un plus d avoir sur le table sauce soja sucrée/ salée et du piment
L'essentiel étant le goût, nous restions positifs. Sauf que, sur 6 personnes les avis vont de corrects à insipide. Trop épicé, gras, plat végétarien triste...dessert annoncé au chocolat franchement mauvais.
L'humour des serveurs n'a pas sauvé le dîner...
Grosse déception donc. Aucun dépaysement, pas de plaisir dans l'assiette, du coup tout devient trop cher.
