Thai gourmet cuisine in a restaurant with a patio.
This eccentric but very popular restaurant takes its name from the famous means of transport typical of Thailand, these open carts pulled by a cyclist or their modern motorized version. Mum is the ode to Ama, the mother and soul of the restaurant, who can be seen in theopen space of the kitchen... Here, we are catapulted into the districts of Bangkok with this characteristic flashy but refined atmosphere: bright colours, lights that make you wonder where to put your eyes, multicoloured flowers, benches with cushions, swings, intimate alcoves grouped under the roof, and a space that reminds us of the street food so typical of ancient Siam. Another beautiful escape that transports us by its atmosphere, but of course by its flavors. The myriad of different rice, sweet potato fries, gyozas, those famous meat ravioli, shrimp skewers, pad thai, bo bun, various soups, not forgetting Ama's signature dishes, the Mum, the coriander, mango and coconut seasonings are not to be mistaken... The Bento at lunchtime finishes off by surprising us. An exhilarating and exotic break!

Petit bémol sur le riz gluant qui ne l'était pas du tout (plutôt du genre riz Taureau Ailé long grain)....
Petite déception sur le riz gluant coco mangue. Ai connu bien meilleur et plus gluant
