Presto has earned itself a fine reputation, just like its big sister Mono Pizza, Maximiliano Alzerreca's divine trattoria that delights gourmets with its Neapolitan pizzas and sun-drenched antipasti. At Presto, people come to the counter to order their pizza to go, even if there are a few seats. Recipes are created using excellent products sourced directly from Italian suppliers, combined with the expertise of chef Giuseppe. Lovers of good food, the recipes are each more gourmet than the last: truffle cream and fior di latte; candied tomatoes and burrata; San Marzano tomatoes, provola, gorgonzola and parmigiano. Delizioso!
