This intimate address is an ode to Italian cuisine and Neapolitan pizza. The meal begins with a burrata to share, accompanied by gnocchi in pizza dough. Original and delicious! Purists will then try one of the mouth-watering 48-hour-aged pizzas, such as the "Coppa comme cochon" (San Marzano PDO tomatoes, for di latte, Coppa Di Parma, smoked scarmoza, candied tomatoes, pesto, oregano and olive oil). But what you won't find anywhere else are the street-food recipes that can be eaten in or taken away. Try the Rotolo, a rolled pizza that's super-easy to eat on the go, and the Portafoglio, a pizza folded into 4. Also unusual is the Hot Doogy Dog, a hot dog with an Italian twist. If you've got a little room left over, let yourself be tempted by the rizo al latte de la mama, a rice pudding deliciously flavored with cinnamon and lemon, topped with caramel and pistachios.
