MOUSSE
Marine-style bistro featuring fish in all its forms and traditional street-food dishes
This long marine bistro is all about fish, in all its forms! Traditional street-food dishes are given an iodized touch, such as the Cap'tain Burger with breaded salmon escalope, or the Croque Moussaillon, a croque-monsieur with salmon, labne and creamy cheese. The Papillote de la mer, meanwhile, sublimates the fish of the moment. And let's not forget the Fish'n Chips, which was a big hit on our visit. Accompanied by a surprisingly original Ti-Lõ IPA cider on draught. The marine ambiance is a success, with touches of blue, white and beautiful posters evoking the ocean. And what can we say about the location, which couldn't be more central, in the heart of Place Sainte-Anne!
