A nomadic restaurant in Rennes, run by two home-based chefs, brilliantly takes up the challenge of fusing gastronomy and plants. Bulbe is the meeting of two talents: Myrtille, a former student at the Institut Bocuse, and Astrid, a keen cook. This is a new way of reinventing and breaking with the codes of traditional French gastronomy. Bulbe brings new life to business lunches and home-cooked dinners.
