Nestled in the old stones of the pretty rue du Vau Saint-Germain, the Lapin noir is above all a simple cooking concept, accessible to all and above all 100% plant-based. Thibault, the place's founder, wants to democratize a cuisine that is often misunderstood and questioned. Here, the burger has pride of place. The star of the restaurant is the Lapin noir burger. The beef steak is replaced by a falafel patty, served with sun-dried tomatoes, onions, gherkins, batavia, fried onions, yoghurt sauce, chives and BBQ sauce. As you can see, we're all about gourmet goodness and generosity. The prices are very attractive, the menu is short and the staff are very attentive!
