A simple, modern establishment serving street food pasta at a very reasonable price.

With its simple, modern decor, the concept of this establishment is, to say the least, original: pasta that finishes feeding off the Parmesan directly in the cheese wheel! It's up to you to choose your pasta, your chef-prepared sauce (we tried the well-seasoned arrabiata) and your protein or vegetable toppings, and then you'll be treated to this dance in the heart of the Parmigiano Reggiano cheese wheel! The price is right for this street food version of pasta, an idea imported from... Dubai by a group of friends from Rennes.

Déçu par le manque d'originalité, et par le goût. Le passage en meule n'était pas disponible, car "c'est le midi, elle est froide". Poulet sous forme de miettes, la sauce à la truffe n'avait pas goût de truffe.

Très déçu par l annonce du passage en meule qui coûte 1,5€ supplémentaire... la meule est sèche.. pas du tout de crémeux annoncée.....dommage j étais venu pour ça
