The baker Thierry Bouvier, also appreciated by From for the quality of his pastries, does not lack ideas to satisfy his many customers. This time he puts his passion for quick restoration. Its gourmand, opened in June 2011, in a trendy and colourful setting offers formulas for filling our gourmet desires morning, noon and… afternoon. Salads (to be accommodated), pies, soups, soups, pizzas, fougasses, quiches, sandwiches, pastries: you can choose the assortment of your choice. All this to take or to enjoy on site, in one of the four corners of the booth: corner of friends, sun tables, wifi corner for Homo Numericus and winter terrace - heated. C'est simple, je n'ai jamais mangé de pain aussi bon avec un faible pour le lodève... Imaginez une tranche de lodève tiède avec du beurre frais dessus : un vrai régal !
Autre chose que le pain sous plastique des grandes surfaces...
Mais pour celles et ceux qui préfèrent d'autres variété de pain, c'est tout aussi exceptionnel ! Et le tout servi par une équipe toujours souriante...
Pour moi, c'est la meilleure boulangerie de Rennes sachant que la pâtisserie est également très bonne...
