Various Japanese street food specialties cooked with local organic products.

Bubble Snack is the headquarters of Japanese street food. A lot of local organic products are invited in the novelties: gyudons with organic beef, fed exclusively with grass, in a farm near Combourg, hirata buns, steamed rolls or tonkatsu with organic western white pork. As for pastries, we recommend peanut, sesame and kidney bean mochis or doriyaki, a kind of Japanese pancake filled with kidney bean paste. The crispy Hong Kong bubble wafer served with homemade ice cream (our favourite: black sesame) is also excellent. Accompany it with bubble tea, a drink made from tea and caramelized tapioca balls.

I already came in Rennes before and the restaurant was not at the same place when I came. It was for dinner and it was nice, so when I came back and saw the restaurant (it's called bubble snack now for some reason) it was not the same employees and the food was nasty and tasteless. At least the boba drink are good but they're better in the shop just in front of them. Also I've found a very good address now for ramen (Ramen Ya) which is A REAL RAMEN and not tasteless instant noodles like bubble snack. I can't believe how expensive it is for such nasty food.

Ce restaurant sert des plats authentiques et d'excellente qualité ! En plus, étant taïwanaise, j'ai suis assez exigente avec les bubble tea et Bubble Snack m'a laissé agréablement surprise. Vraiment des délicieux ramen, gyoza et surtout Bubble tea.

Delicious! It's fast, it's convenient, it's good and many products like eggs are fresh of the day and bought locally. I recommend tea with the small syrup balls that you feel, it's pretty surprising the first time but very refreshing.
