A quality canteen for breakfast, lunch and even brunch on Saturdays. The concept: ethical, committed cuisine based on good local, organic or sustainable produce. Sarah, manager of the establishment, bakes her own organic and local sourdough bread. In the kitchen, Brenda and Florence are busy with an inventive cuisine: pulled beef bun: homemade brioche bun stuffed with shredded beef from La Ferme des Hauts Prés, sweet potato fries and Poutine sauce, or a vegan version: squash falafels, creamy ravigote sauce, Pontoise cabbage leaves and roasted vegetables. For dessert, we're tempted by Grandma Eliane's rice pudding with salted butter caramel and granola (Sarah's grandma's recipe). On Saturdays, you can join friends for a mezze-style brunch! Makes you hungry!
