KIN DI
Asian street-food restaurant in Saint-Malo offering authentic recipes based on fresh produce at affordable prices
At just 22, Benjamin Coutinot launched his first Asian street-food restaurant in Saint-Malo, after a trip to Thailand that inspired him. Three years later, following the success of the brand on the Emerald Coast, he and his friend Thomas Dore opened a second restaurant in Rennes. Their watchwords: authentic recipes based on fresh produce, mostly homemade, at affordable prices. Classics include pad thaï, massaman curry, bo bun, caramel pork... accompanied by starters (egg rolls, samosas, salad...) and a selection of desserts. Tasty dishes served in bio-degradable containers to enjoy on the lively terrace or to take away.
