NOMAD KITCHEN
Food-truck offering sandwiches, burgers, American dishes and pad thai with fresh and seasonal products
Ronan Marquet and his employee Quentin Michel run through Rennes and St. Jacques to offer hot sandwiches, burgers, varied dishes and even Thai chips. This food-truck that claims its epicurean side is black dressed, but especially full of proposals from various dishes. Based on fresh and seasonal products, cooking passion is their creed. For lovers of American flavours, the chicano or philly steak and cheese should please you (artisan baker's pastry, shredded charolais, red onions, mushrooms, homemade sauce, old gratiné cheddar, lettuce, bacon fried onions). For those who like to travel, a dish of the world is often on the map like chicken colombo, for example. Proposals that change regularly thanks to this very friendly and very smiling team that likes to revisit the classics of the street food.
