Street-food restaurant near the train station, inviting to taste a sandwich revisited with its signature creation and a daily menu
You've got a train to catch and little time to spare... Just 100 m from the station, this intimate address orchestrated by chef Guillaume Jouan revisits the traditional sandwich with his signature creation: the "Jean Bon"! Coupel's buckwheat bread features pulled pork cooked at 100°C in local beer and honey, red cabbage confit in cider, grilled Roscoff onions with pommes grenailles confit and a sauce of ribot milk, Greek yoghurt and fresh herbs. You can also opt for a galette saucisse before hopping on your train. And don't forget that the address has been approved by the famous TV show "C'est meilleur quand c'est bon".
