On the walls, between antique objects and old maps, the slates reveal seasonal dishes and a fine choice of wine, including several references of natural wine for wine lovers. The dishes on the slate are always well paired: snacked octopus with roasted leeks, marinated cockles with pork belly, asparagus with feta cheese. For dessert, opt for the inimitable brioche perdue with salted butter caramel or dark chocolate ganache with Timut pepper and pistachios. The atmosphere is convivial and the welcome warm.
