Les assiettes sont savoureuses, élégantes et travaillées avec de belles surprises au niveau des associations de goûts ! L’accord mets/vins proposé a également permis de faire de belles découvertes dont un cocktail très sympa pour le dessert.
Finalement, nous avons apprécié les différentes attentions au fil du repas : serviettes compressées, amuses bouches ou encore les mises en bouche sucrées.
