The refined cuisine of chef Anthony Le Fur in a restaurant with a patio
Located within the Balthazar hotel, this chic bistro is stormed at lunchtime. The menu prepared by Rostang père & fille, gives you the assurance of delicate and balanced dishes. The choice of products and the play of textures on the plate are also the signature of this restaurant. On weekends, the clientele becomes cosmopolitan. Well-to-do foreign customers feel at home here. The entrance to the restaurant on rue Vasselot gives access to a beautiful long room but also to a very pretty patio (a key element of the establishment). Behind the stoves, chef Anthony Le Fur creates a tasty cuisine based on quality regional products. Every Sunday, let's go to the gargantuan brunch!
